Church Statement We are a lively multi-national Baptist church with members and adherents from the continents of Europe, Africa, Asia and America. Our language of communication is English and the ethos is western. The Church is situated in the centre of London just seven minutes walk from the King's Cross Station. There are excellent transport links by road, bus, tube and train, to all other parts of London. We believe that it is vitally important for the Baptists to maintain a strong, evangelical witness in the centre of the city, which is accessible and welcoming to all people. Our purpose is summed up in our Lord's Great Commandment and Great Commission. The Great Commandment is found in Matthew 22:37-40. "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.....love your neighbour as yourself." The Great Commission is found in Matthew 28: 19-20. "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." We are members of The Baptist Union of Great Britain, The London Baptist Association and the Evangelical Alliance. We adhere to The Evangelical Alliance Basis of Faith
